Painting
S.E.X…
Brighter — stronger, softer — hotter — colder, harder — higher — higher and higher and higher.
Desire as an escalation — a continuous movement beyond limits.
In this painting, the body emerges and dissolves within an overwhelming field of colour. The figure is neither fully revealed nor entirely concealed, suspended in a state between presence and disappearance. Fluorescent reds and pinks intensify the surface, transforming colour into something almost physical: an atmosphere of heat, tension, and excess.
The words brighter, stronger, softer, hotter, colder, harder, higher form a sequence of shifting sensations. They accumulate like an accelerating rhythm, suggesting desire not as a fixed state, but as a force that constantly seeks its next threshold.
The image moves between pleasure and discomfort, attraction and saturation, control and surrender. As intensity increases, perception becomes unstable: the body dissolves into colour, and colour becomes an experience in itself.
S.E.X… explores the point at which sensation exceeds representation — when the body becomes a trace, desire becomes momentum, and the image approaches the limits of what can be seen and felt.
