Poubelle · Chapter VI

Love Over

There was a flame, too much flame, one day fire burned me, after it burned you, and after everything else. We are survived but no one left alive.

This chapter confronts the aftermath of emotional destruction. Love is represented as fire — intense, consuming, and ultimately devastating.

The images evoke the moment after the flames have passed: a landscape of exhaustion, silence, and survival. What remains is ambiguous — not quite life, but not complete disappearance either.

In this closing sequence, the artist reflects on relationships that transform and wound simultaneously. The fire burns both sides, leaving behind a shared but irreversible transformation.

Love Over becomes a meditation on what it means to survive emotional catastrophe.
